QDLF serial light-duty stainless steel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps are non-priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal ones made by absorbability of world's advanced technology and design, with standard vertical motors and quickly equipped mechanical seals, it is convenient for components replacement. They can be applied to slightly corrosive medium due to the flow passage parts made of stainless steel (304) and are substitutes for CR, CRN of the same kind used in abroad, warmly welcomed by users because of their high efficiency, low energy consumption, reliable quality and wide applications.

Application

1. Water supply: Water filter and transport in waterworks, boosting of main pipeline, boosting in high-rise buildings, and etc.

2. Industrial boosting: Process flow water system, cleaning system, high-pressure washing system and fire-fighting system.

3. Industrial liquid conveying: Cooling and air-conditioning system, boiler water supply and condensing system, machine tool working purpose, slight acid alkali liquid.

4. Irrigation: Farmland irrigation, spray irrigation and dripping irrigation.

4. Advisable to use motor of higher power in case that the density or viscosity of medium is above that of water.

Medium

1. Thin, clean, non-flammable, non-explosive medium containing no granule or fibre.

2. Such as mineral water, softened water, pure water, clean oil and other light chemical medium.

3. Slight corrosive medium.

Remarks
All performance curves are based on the measured values when a motor works under power of 380V, at a constant speed of 2900r/min.
The capability of flow and head conforms to ISO9906.
Measurement is done in 20 air-free water of which viscosity is 1mm2 /s.
The operation of pump shall refer to the performance range marked in thickened curve so as to avoid damages caused by over-load.
